so one of other Terengganu' traditional food is ikan singgang Terengganu. this was my favorite dishes. it was a very very simple dishes and easy to cook an in addition it was very delicious. So i strongly recommend this dish if you was in hurry and need to prepare a simple but tasty dish.
Ingredients :
Ikan Tongkol - as much as you need
Galangal - 3cm (slices)
Red onion - 1 (slices)
Garlic - 4 hint (slices)
Tamarind - 3 pieces (slices)
Chili - 3 chilies (grounded)
Turmeric - 3cm (slices)
1) Put all the ingredient in a pot
2) Put some water until all the ingredients were all covered with water
3) Wait until it was boiled
4) Put in the salt until you feel complacency
