The next is the water gourd vegetable dishes. This dish is one of my favorite foods, not only because it is easy to be prepared but it is also suitable to be eaten and served during the social gatherings and so on. the texture and the flavor itself is so soft and less of spicy that is very suitable as a dishes for a children. 

ingredients :
grade A gourd - diced 
a handful of anchovies
one teaspoon of black pepper
a gray of shallots 
4 hint of garlic
a handful of soo hoon
1) ground the anchovies, black pepper shallots and garlic all together using
     a mortar.

2) saute the grounded ingredients in a pot and wait until the smell produced


3) put in some water in the pot and stir for a while
4) put in the gourd and let it boiled 


5) put the soo hoon together in the pot


6) lastly put some salt, seasoning powder to give out the taste
